Lily Youngman
President
Lily Youngman serves as President of the chapter, leading its operations and advancing the chapter’s strategic goals. She fosters teamwork and builds strong relationships with the Advisory Board, House Board, Fraternity, campus, and community. She manages confidential matters responsibly and upholds high standards of integrity. Lily is an Environmental Studies major with a minor in Biology: Ecology. A fun fact about Lily is that she used to work as a beekeeper.

Raynor Singleton
Vice President of External Affairs
Raynor Singleton serves as Vice President of External Affairs, managing chapter engagement with external audiences and overseeing events, philanthropic activities, public relations, risk prevention, and Panhellenic relations. She is responsible for maintaining the chapter’s positive public image and building strong relationships with campus and community partners. Raynor is an Accounting major with a Film minor. Her hobbies include playing tennis, running, and cooking. A fun fact is that she is on Ross Lynch’s Instagram!

Cora Villere
Vice President of Internal Affairs
Cora Villere serves as the Vice President of Internal Affairs, overseeing the ritual and history of the Zeta Tau chapter and organizing initiation ceremonies for new members. She also maintains detailed records of the chapter’s academic performance each semester. She is a Biology major on the Pre-Med track. A little-known fact about Cora is she was once featured in a Kraft Cheese commercial.

Arden Jorgensen
Vice President of Standards
Arden Jorgensen currently serves as Vice President of Standards of Kappa at W&L, helping maintain the rules of the sorority and serving as a support system for the chapter. She is a double major in Social Anthropology and Cognitive Behavioral Sciences. A fun fact about Arden is that she teaches spin classes at Flex. Her hobbies include shopping, reading, trying new restaurants, and running.

Molly Brown
Vice President of Operations
Molly Brown serves as Vice President of Operations for our chapter, where she oversees the Administration and Facility Directors. She is pursuing a Mathematics major with a minor in Art History and Studio Art. Outside of academics, Molly enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and drawing, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring nature on hiking adventures.

Vice President of Member Development
Lily Spector serves as the Vice President of Member Development, overseeing all programming designed to create a positive and enriching experience for both new and returning members of the chapter. In this role, she supports member growth, engagement, and connection throughout the year. She is pursuing a double major in Accounting and American History, and a fun fact is that her favorite food is sushi!

Ellery McKnight
Vice President of Membership
Ellery McKnight serves as Vice President of Membership, overseeing recruitment for sorority women and potential new members while answering all related questions. She organizes formal recruitment with the support of the primary recruitment director, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process. Ellery is dedicated to creating an engaging experience for all members. She is a Biology major with a Data Science minor and in her free time, she enjoys skiing with her family and playing guitar.

Caroline Colavito
Vice President of Finance
Caroline Colavito serves as Vice President of Finance for our chapter, managing the chapter’s budget and financial operations. She is majoring in Accounting with a minor in Art History. Caroline enjoys studying Impressionist art, playing tennis, and fishing with her grandfather. She is also a twin.

Avery Lee
Administrations Director
Avery Lee serves as the Administration Director, where she records important notes from chapter meetings and keeps attendance for the chapter. She helps maintain organized communication and supports the smooth operation of weekly chapter business. Avery is a Strategic Communications major and a Cognitive and Behavioral Science major. In her free time, she loves going on walks and exploring Lexington!

Alex Rees
Events Director
Alex Rees serves as the Event Director, organizing weekly events for sorority women in collaboration with other campus organizations, as well as planning Kappa formals and sisterhood events. She communicates with the chapter each week about upcoming events and helps ensure they are executed safely and successfully. Alex is an Accounting major with a Philosophy minor. Her hobbies include outdoor activities and puzzles, and a fun fact is that she is a member of the W&L Women’s Soccer Team.

Kate Mitchell
Events Director
Kate Mitchell serves as our chapter’s Event Director, guiding the creation and execution of weekly events in collaboration with organizations across campus alongside Alex Rees. She also oversees Kappa formals and sisterhood events, keeping the chapter updated and ensuring each gathering runs safely and successfully. Kate is majoring in Accounting, and in her free time she loves to unwind with needlepointing.

Helen Harrington
Primary Recruitment Director
Helen Harrington serves as the Primary Recruitment Director, guiding PNMs and sorority women through a semester-long recruitment process that culminates in four days of formal rush alongside the Vice President of Membership. She ensures that each step of recruitment is organized, engaging, and welcoming for all participants. Helen is a Business Administration major with a Strategic Communication minor, and a fun fact about her is that she can do a backflip!

Risk Prevention Director
Lexie Kappleman serves as the Risk Management Director, overseeing all Kappa-sponsored events and ensuring that safe practices are consistently upheld. In this role, she helps create a secure and positive environment for all members. She is an English major with a minor in Education Studies. Her favorite hobby is fly fishing.

Amanda Cashman
Public Relations Director
Amanda Cashman serves as Public Relations Director alongside Cecilia Roberts, working to strengthen the chapter’s relationships with alumnae and the local community, showcase Kappa’s activities, and highlight our sisterhood through PR and marketing efforts. Outside of her leadership role, Amanda spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, whether skiing or hiking. She is a Business Administration major with a minor in Studio Art.

Cecilia Roberts
Public Relations Director
Cecilia Roberts serves as the Public Relations Director alongside Amanda Cashman. They work to maintain positive relations with the chapter’s alumnae and community, oversee the chapter’s public image, and promote awareness of Kappa through PR and marketing efforts. Outside of her leadership role, Cecilia enjoys hiking, attending live music events, and writing. She is a Journalism major with a minor in Art History.

MK Jarvis
Philanthropy Director
MK Jarvis serves as the Director of Philanthropy for our chapter. In this role, she organizes the chapter’s philanthropy events and fundraising efforts, as well as raises general awareness for our chapter’s two philanthropy organizations: the National Eating Disorders Association and the Kelsey Durkin Memorial Foundation. She is double majoring in Business Administration and East Asian Languages and Literatures. Outside of academics, MK enjoys staying active through tennis and pickleball, and she also has the unique skill of being able to roll a kayak.

Parker Silliman
Panhellenic Delegate
Parker Silliman, a Business Administration major, serves as Kappa’s Panhellenic Delegate at W&L. In this role, she represents our chapter at weekly council meetings, sharing updates on sisterhood and philanthropy while acting as the bridge between Kappa and the broader sorority community on campus. A fun fact about Parker is that she is scuba certified, bringing an adventurous twist to her leadership.

Anabel Schelke
Ritual and History Director
Anabel Schelke serves as our Ritual and History Director, where she leads the planning and implementation of Initiation, maintains the chapter’s historical records and archives, and helps members develop a deeper appreciation for Kappa’s ritual and history. She is majoring in Strategic Communication with a minor in Entrepreneurship. A fun fact about Anabel is that she has dual citizenship in the Netherlands.

Deyo Bourne

Deyo Bourne is a Biology major who serves as the All-Member Experience Director. She leads both all-member and middle-member programming for our chapter. Deyo focuses on creating meaningful experiences that support member education, leadership development, and personal growth. A fun fact is that she has two pigs!
